![]() The finance manager Justin Blankenship was amazing to work with as well. he also included some freebies at the end that weren’t a part of the deal. Carlini went above and beyond to help us not only secure an amazing deal but delivering top quality service thoroughly. Carlini stayed in touch with us throughout the trip, kept his promise for the fair deal so there were no surprises. We drove 10 hours from Richmond, VA to Jackson, TN after the initial contact with ThomasCarlini and the offer we couldn’t refuse. We have worked with many dealers in our life but this one beats them all from Massachusetts to Virginia!. This is a shame that such a good experience has ended this way. We feel the Protection Plan for the paint was a waste of our money since it obviously was not applied properly if at all. (who was very helpful) to discuss the question we had about the Safety Sensors this was the question we had and have not to this date received a text response. We contacted Vince Worley, Asst Service Mgr. Carlini about our concerns as to how we have been treated, as of this writing, no response. He said he was going to talk to service to get an answer for us, of course the text never came. As he was running back into the store, he told me to standby my phone that he would be texting me about yet another question I had. ![]() He stood on the outside of the car and told us as soon as we get the cable we ordered to come back and someone would help us. He walked outside with us, obviously in a big hurry as he was practically running to our car. Hunter walked back over and began talking with us when Mr. Carlini was, we heard someone reply, " he is in the back hiding", not something my wife and I should have heard. Carlini so he could show us what we needed to know and he would also have someone go over ALL of the functions of the car in detail which should have been done before we drove the car off the lot the day of delivery. We showed up at the dealership, walked in the door and were greeted by Hunter who asked us if he could help us. Carlini told us to return on August 3rd so he or someone else could shows us what we needed to know, Carlini even sent a text telling us he would see us on the 3rd. Carlini was contacted about how we could pair an MP3/MP4 player to our car. Initially, we left with a quarter of a tank of gas in the car, that was later taken care of when we had to return for another visit. Secondly, we were never given a complete tour of ALL the functions of the car the day we took delivery, the only thing that was done was the salesman paired our phones with the Toyota APP, that's it. We were told by the finance man that sold us this worthless package, that nothing would stick to the paint, simply water would take it off, This was definitely not TRUE. I had to clay bar and hand wax every panel on the car except the hood in order to get the pollutant off the paint. I found that the paint had some sort of pollutant on the clear coat that was not coming off with water or soap. On August 15th, I began to detail the car myself. We were told not to wash the car for at least two weeks to allow the alledged paint protection to adhere to the paint. A damaged trim piece we noticed was also replaced while the car was in service. Carlini who supposedly took it in the back to have it corrected. The day we took delivery, I noticed dried chemical on the front bumper of the car, obviously the paint protector was not properly installed. To start with, we bought a Paint Protection package that was supposed to be applied to our car prior to delivery. The glowing review above that was written right after the original sale, still holds true, however, since the sale, we have experienced poor customer service, and poor workmanship at it's worst from Robinson Toyota. Keep up the great work Robinson Toyota, you folks are awsome!!!!!!!!!!! It was a refreshing and pleasant change from the other dealers we have dealt with here in TN. This dealership and it's people are the kind of friendly, courteous and caring people we were used to dealing with back in Illinois. This was the first and only dealership we have dealt with since we moved to Tennessee that actually treated us like human beings rather than just a paycheck.
